Description

In this webinar you will play a simple game that's embedded in something that looks a lot like Fathom even though it's running in a web browser. You'll explore the data looking for patterns that help you revise your strategy for playing the game so you can get a higher score. Using the patterns involves modeling, and carrying out your strategy exercises your math muscles.

Data Games is an NSF-supported project at KCP Technologies. The activities and games are in beta now, so you can use them without cost in your classes. They are most useful for teaching beginning algebra, advanced algebra, and statistics.
